Provision of data
The provision of personal data is not legal or mandatory and you are not obliged to provide data. We will inform you if the entry of your personal data is necessary for the provision of the respective service. Failure to provide the required data will mean that you will not be able to use the service offered.
If you do not grant the app certain rights, you cannot use these functions. This means, for example: If you do not allow the app to access your location data, your location cannot be displayed on the built-in map.
Hosting with external service providers
Our data processing is carried out with the involvement of hosting service providers who provide us with storage space and processing capacities.

App Permissions
Location Data
The app needs access to the location of your device,
Photos/Media/Data
Access to photos/media is required to view the media content of the app offline. The app only accesses files that were downloaded and saved with it.
Camera
The app requires access to your device's camera to display augmented reality content. The same applies to "scanning" media content. The app only accesses content during the "Scan" and Augmented Reality functions started by users. No photos or videos are recorded or saved.
Wifi - Connection Information
Access to the Wifi connection information is required for the app to receive the media content for operation via Wifi (download or streaming of the media content).
Use of Google Maps (Android version only)
This app uses Google Maps to display geographical information visually. You can find more information about Google's data processing in the Google Privacy Policy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the Data Protection Center.

Tracking Tools
To continuously improve our app, we use the analysis tool Crashlytics (part of Google Developers). You can find Crashlytics' privacy policy here: https://try.crashlytics.com/terms/privacy-policy.pdf (PDF-Download, 0,1 MB)In doing so, your App-ID, general data on problems encountered and on the device, mobile network provider and operating system are collected, whereby potentially personal or pseudonymous data is deleted after seven days. You can disable this service directly in the settings (IOS - Settings > App > Send usage data; Android directly in the App menu in the settings themselves).
Legal Basis
Data processing shall in all cases be carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. Data processing is therefore carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest: We have a legitimate interest in constantly developing the app for you. Furthermore, we want to ensure the proper operation of the app. And most importantly, we want you to have a good experience with the app.
Storage Period
The storage period of your location data depends largely on your settings under (iOS Settings > Data Protection > Location Services > directly under the app you can select: Never / When using the app / Always).
The personal data of the tracking tool used is stored for seven days.
Otherwise your data will be deleted when you uninstall the app.
